In 2008 the Placke family of six moved to East Africa. Wanting to serve neglected and impoverished peoples and go where no one else would go, they settled in a faraway village in southeastern Tanzania. With Christ as their compassion source, they committed to walking side by side with the Ngindo tribe. They work with Go Drill International to build wells for these villages, and leverage the opportunities to minister and share the gospel with the people.
